They removed most of the existing plants, shrubs and trees and replaced them with new plantings, shrubs and trees. They also built two stone walls with pavers in our front yard and installed pavers on one side of our walk in our back yard. They planted several plants in the back yard also. They did the Spring Cleanup and mulched all of our beds. Everything looks excellent and we are very satisfied. The crew did an excellent job and were very polite and efficient. They did a great job getting rid of the existing shrubs and bushes. The new plants look excellent and Steve reviewed everything with us before they started working so we could approve the design and the choice of plantings. They changed the appearance of our front yard and rear walkway and we would highly recommend them for any landscaping project that you are considering."

There was no heavy equipment used; no truck tracks left in the grass after the stump removal. The pruning was substantial; one of the trees was taller than the house. "I have used them for fall and spring clean up. they do a nice job. We decided to mow our own grass this year and discontinued that service HOWEVER I gave them dates to mow when we were out of town and they said they would mow -- I sent them a reminder by email, text and voice mail before we left. When we arrived home our lawn was not mowed and very tall. I was very disappointed and I thought they considered me a good customer. I have left them messages, texted them and sent email and they have NEVER responded. I always paid their bill in a timely manner and even recommended them to a few people. I really don't understand why they didn't call and let me know they were going to be unable to mow lawn when we were out of town."

"Kyle and his crew probably did the best cleanup we've had in the 17 years we've lived here. We will definitely be calling Ivanoff again. He listened well and offered suggestions as we walked the property planning the work. The crew completed the job as expected and in a timely manner, especially considering the weather wasn't giving them any breaks. Gotta love central Ohio in the fall. The deal was $175 for two man-hours of work. We knew everything couldn't be done in just two hours and told Kyle we were willing to pay for additional time and services. When we got his invoice, the only sticker shock we had was how very reasonable and affordable the final cost was! Clean up included cutting back shrubs and perennials (most needed major pruning), removing annuals, and leaf removal (we have around seven pin oaks, a willow, a river birch, a ginkgo, a magnolia and a sycamore - lots of leaves). The attached pictures speak for themselves, especially the before and after of the side of the garage. One final note: we're a naturist household and Ivanoff had no concerns with how we live. Acceptance of naturism is very important to us when choosing service providers. If they can't deal, they don't get the job."

"Phillip's work was excellent. His communication skills need work as he wasn't too good at keeping me informed before starting the project. His price was fair. He cut the branches for firewood which was nice. He didn't finish until after nightfall, so he didn't see that the cleanup wasn't the best.
