"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"My project was scheduled to be done on February 20. During demolition of the walkway, Michael Widdoes and his crew unexpectedly discovered a water main leak (likely present for some time), which had created a sinkhole underneath my walkway. My job was interrupted so that the city could come in that day and fix the 2" water main that runs parallel to the public sidewalk. The good news is that the leak was identified and repaired, the public sidewalk was replaced by the city, and my walkway was able to be completed today, by Widdoes. Michael, Mark and Jake did a great job. They did exactly what was stated in the proposal, were done in under a day, and as soon as the new grass grows in, my property will look better than it has for the last 18 months.
