"I can't recommend Unique Innovation Construction, Inc. highly enough! Our bathroom floor was a disaster after a leak, and they completely transformed it. From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. They clearly explained the repair process, kept us updated on their progress, and answered all our questions patiently. The quality of their work is outstanding – the floor looks even better than before the damage! They were also respectful of our home and took great care to minimize disruption. "Isreal and his team created an amazing Master Bath for us. We drew up our picture of our perfect bath and Isreal made our dream come true. He's punctual, responsible, good communicator. His tile team are talented. They created a work of art with our porcelain tiles both in the shower and the floors. We are going to hire him to do our guest bath in the coming month."

"Last fall, Babylon Builders remodeled my kitchen.  Ron was very professional.  He showed up on time and took the time to ask me what my likes and dislikes were.  He took measurements of my kitchen floor and cabinets.  Since then, I hired him to do the construction remodel.  I have new cabinets with a new counter top and new floor tiles.  I’m ecstatic over the change since I bought this home over a year ago and the kitchen needed a lot of work done.  He created more space by reducing the island in the middle of the kitchen.  Very happy!!!"

"It went excellent. They showed up on time, consulted me with every single detail on the job, and the outcome is beautiful. I would recommend them."

"It was great and excellent, the price is good and on time, professional"

"They were great. They looked at what we wanted to do and they came in to the job. The service was affordable and they were professional. They did the demo and took everything out. They showed up on time and the job was done within the time frame that they said. They didn't make a mess. They did a wonderful job. They made the project easy. They explain our options. They helped us decide on what would work best. They did a great job. We didn't have to do anything."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Very well. They were professional, very pleasant and accommodating, and did everything that I had asked to be done, They were on time and communicative. Their work was extremely competent and they cleaned up everything and took the boxes away before they left. I would definitely recommend them to others and will hire them again."

"Great example of how a contractor experience should be with each and every one of their clients. This contractor was prompt at initial meeting, followed through on the work agreed to complete, and left the job in perfect condition. Installed new pad, stretched carpet, fixed threshold moldings, removed small are of hardwood flooring and replaced with new, installed new baseboards. Highly recommend this contractor.
