"We hired TruChoice and within 3 days we have a new roof. The team arrived as scheduled and when the weather slowed down their progress the on-site lead communicated changes."

"I reached out online to ask for help finding a good roof repair and a friend Holly reached out with information for her company so I contacted them and Mr. Tim M came out and assessed everything and even cleaned out a section of my gutter i didn't know was clogged which I appreciated as its hard for me to get up there. He has answered all my questions and done a great job. Mrs. Amanda in the office has also been so helpful walking me through everything and also answering my questions. "They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"It went very well. Most of the limbs were over buildings on the property, and the crew was careful not to let any of the cut limbs damage my roofs. They cleaned up better than I would have expected. Nicolas even went out of his way to blow out my gutters, as he saw me struggling with that unrelated job."

"It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. I let them put out one of their signs in my yard for a month, even though I'd leave it out longer if they wanted. Spectacular service!"

"From the sales bid to completion, everything was perfect! Neil was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to in regards to price and installation concerns. Everything was in writing and the install went as expected. The install was FANTASTIC!! Tommy was very meticulous and methodical! If you are worried about a mess left behind you won’t need to worry about that... he was always cleaning up as he went. Also.. if you are worried that there will be a mess in your landscape or driveway they won’t leave you with that complaint either! Barrier Windows gets Five stars with me. You will not be lied to or have to worry about a scam job."
