"It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. They were very fair, communicative, and looked out for me the entire step of the way. They stayed on site during the entire two days it took to redo my roof, answering all my nervous new homeowner questions along the way. They taught me what things were and went through details on why I should or shouldnâ t repair or replace something. They were the most reasonable and down to earth group out of all the others.
