I purchased a house that has a 20 year old roof, and on the inspection they detected some issues on the flashing sealing of the roof with the second floor of the house, as well as broken fascia in one corner. Martin came to the property and inspected, and as he was doing so he was always explaining details about how roofs are built and what was needed to be done to maximize the life of the existing roof. The estimate was competitively priced so I moved forward with them. Martin brought two people along with him for the job, indicated all the details to them and they guys started working. All the time Martin was in full communication, and at some point when they were working on the flashing they noticed that there was indeed a portion of the roof that was completely decayed an leaking, so he called me to explain the facts and gave me the price for replacing that panel, which was also reasonable priced so we moved forward with it. Overall great experience with Suntek and high recommend them."

"I was extremely pleased with the repair work that David and his team at Builders of America performed in order to take care of a leak in my roof. There was torrential rain on Sunday January 27th 2019, and a leak developed in the ceiling of the master bedroom. At 9 am on Monday morning I called two of the largest roof repair companies listed in the Angie’s List monthly publication, and in both cases got their voicemail, left messages, and didn’t receive call backs from either company until late Monday afternoon. I decided to try one more call, and that’s when I called Builders of America. David answered the phone immediately (no voicemail) and said he would come over between 11:30 and 1 pm to look at the roof and assess the situation. He was at my house right on the dot at 11:30, and had a helper on the roof while he went into the attic to see where the leak was coming from. David took multiple photos for me to look at, showed me where the leak was coming from, and gave me an estimate for what the repairs would cost. I thought the estimate was fair and gave him the go-ahead. The best part was that David and his crew showed up the next day and did an excellent job repairing the roof. David documented each step of the repairs with photos that he texted me showing their progress. I was very impressed with the work that was performed, with David, and with his team, and am happy to recommend David and Builders of America without reservation."

I opted to replace as they had done a repair on a different section  of the roof in October 2013.  I did not see the advantage of another repair.  They came on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves.
