"From the beginning of the whole process, until the final completion, everything went better than i could have ever expected. I was given many options on type of roof, all possible needed replacement of plywood sheeting, facia and sub fascia boards, gables, and new gutters. I chose a metal roof. They quoted a price, and we agreed, and they pulled permit quickly and was on the job soon after. Every member of their team, from the tear off crew, carpenters, painters, and installers, were professional and worked hard and steady through the brutal Florida summertime heat, without slowing down. They did all of this as hurricane Isaias was heading into our area, and they got it done right, and on time. The crew was well coached by Steve, and every question or concern that I had, he was very responsive and answered any question I had, with details and patience. If you are going to get a new roof, which is one of the biggest projects you may ever have to have done, or even if you just need a repair, you will be in good hands with Capps Roofing, as oppossed to any unknown company who may not deliver the quality of service that Capps Roofing has done."

"Based on Angie's List reviews we requested a quote from ASP in April. Ulises came to the house the next day. Originally we were looking to replace just 9 windows since we had shutters already for the other windows. Ulises gave us a quote for all 13 windows suggesting that the impact windows also offer security protection as well as storm protection. We accepted the quote which seemed in line with others and a few days later they came out to do detailed measurements so they could order the windows. We put down 50% of the amount as a deposit. Over the next couple months, the ASP office kept us informed of the status. Because of persistent rains, the installation was delayed a couple times but was finally scheduled for the beginning of August. They began installation on a Thursday and finished the next day. The installers were meticulous about covering furniture and cleaning up both days. Three of the windows were originally glass block and we were expecting some damage to the surrounding window area as they were being removed, but all three came out perfectly. Although there was still a good bit of dust in the rooms, we had expected that as with any type of construction project. The next week the county inspector came, and the installers completed installing the small inspection panels that had been left off for the inspector. I would not hesitate to recommend ASP and would use them again, They were honest, reliable, professional and meticulous in their work."
