"Americas Choice Roofing did a total replacement of my asphalt shingle roof, and I could not be happier. Given that this was such a large job, I researched and spoke to many contractors before making a final decision. Americas Choice offered one of the best bids monetarily, but what really set them apart was how well the owner communicated with me through every step of the process. He was very dedicated to making sure that I was satisfied and would either answer immediately or return my phone calls promptly. The workers did a very good job of keeping the job site clean, and the owner even offered to power wash the tire tracks off my driveway left by the shingle delivery truck. The end result was a brand new roof that keeps out the rain, making the house look great, and one very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend!"

"From start to finish, J&K was excellent. Scheduling was a breeze. They sent 3 highly experienced people to perform the job. No other company wanted to repair a leak, and all said I needed a new roof. J&K was honest and advised that the roof had many years of life left, and not only fixed the leak, but warranted their work, which means they stand behind it. When I do need a new roof, they will be on my short list of companies that I call. Honest company with lots of integrity.."

"Very well, some hiccups but he and his office got it worked out. In the end we got a beautiful new roof."

"I highly recommend Capps Roofing. I just finished having a new metal roof installed by Capps Roofing and I couldn't be more pleased. Having never been through the process before, I was a bit nervous going in to it. Blake Capps and his entire team were simply awesome through the whole process; giving honest answers to my questions and always providing a level of service that was unexpectedly better that I could have hoped. It was like having a roofing concierge. The work crews were fast, efficient, polite, clean and respectful of my house and property. "We recently selected Tiger Team to install our new roof. They demostrated to be very profesional and responsible. At the beginning, the office staff always informed me of every step involved in getting the permit approval from the City of Cooper City. Gary, as the owner, always was available to answer my questions at any time. The crew , supervisors and those responsible for delivering the materials at the job site worked syncronized, as a real team. Last but not least, no money was required to pay up front! I recomended Tiger team to all my friends and I will not hesitate to contact this company again to install a new roof in the future as well. We had a very good experience. Thank you Gary!"

"Jason was very responsive to my inquiry regarding a new roof. His estimate provide all details for each stage of the re-roofing process. I understood exactly what was going to be done and what to expect. Other estimates I had received were one page without much details except price. His team did my roof in the timeframe he quoted. I’m extremely happy with the finished job and would definitely hire his company again."

"We had some minor leaks in our roof and had One Way Roofing come out to fix the leaks. In the process of repairing the roof , it became clear that it was time to replace the entire roof. The company rep showed us pictures of the deteriorating nails, underlayment and flashing but left the decision up to us. We decided to proceed and the company deducted the cost of the repairs from the total cost....which they did not have to do.
We were scheduled and the work began. While there were delays due to the unusual amount of rain this winter and spring, they made every effort to keep the project moving. This company has really good workers who know the latest, best methods for roofing and who are very skilled and proud of their work. Our rep was Patrick D. and he always took time to answer our questions and see that we were pleased with the job. The county inspector who did the final inspection said he could not find a single broken tile or other issue of any kind and that was very unusual for a job of this size.
The roof is beautiful and far better than the original in terms of materials and workmanship. One Way Roofing stands behind their work and has high standards for customer satisfaction.  For example, one of their workers drove out long after the job was done to bring us some extra tiles. We did not even have to ask them to do this.
