"Sewer freeze-ups are never any fun. We had issues because my "cleanout" pipe was too far from the street for the steam truck hose to reach, so Charlie had to run water from my laundry lines down the line, which takes more time. He was there for almost 4 hours! I felt bad because it was a Friday night and he was there until after 10pm. But he had a good attitude the whole time, worked very hard and got the line cleared. The only reason I didn't give an "A" grade on the price is that it was all done on the overtime rate (ouch!), and on the punctuality is because I was told by the receptionist that the workers would be at my house by early to mid afternoon, but they had the job before mine run long, and they didn't arrive until just before 5pm, which was the reason it was all overtime. But otherwise, I was satisfied and would recommend Stack Company/Glacier Point wholeheartedly."

"Great service! Tom and Sam squeezed us in first thing Monday morning at -20 to come take a look at our well system that had failed over the weekend. They pulled the well pipe down to the pump and found a hole just above the pump that was causing the system to loose pressure. They replaced that portion of the pipe and put it all back together. Works wonderful. We will have them back this summer to replace all the pipe, pump and heat tape, generally upgrade our 30+ year old system."
