"This man Stephen Brown came to my home to install a water heater that he under bid his own company he works for and I accepted his helping me out with a cheaper price and I shouldn't have it was just wrong of me as well as him but I did it he took me. Home depot wei bought all the materials we became very friends over the past 8 months and I trusted him after meeting his father and Stephen showing me his family and many visits to my home. I needed a generator hooked up for my whole house a big job and he Stephen said he would install for me. He told me he needed $1,300.00 for electrical parts disconnect wire and everything to hook up generator so I gave him the money to get the materials to complete my job... HE DISAPPEARED ON ME AND NEVER CAME BACK BUT HAS SENT MANY MESSAGES ABOUT HIW HE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE ME WRONG BUT TO DATE STILL HASN'T BROUGHT MY MONEY BACK AND SINCE NO MORE CONTACT WITH ME. I HAVE FILED A LAWSUIT TO CHARGE HIM WITH A FELONY FOR STEALING OVER $1,000 DOLLARS."

"Chris and Tim came out to my residence timely and were professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my AC unit and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. "We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."

"Sherif the (Owner) is a scam artist, i used to work for him and have seen him deliberately cause problems in people’s air conditioning systems so he could collect money when the customer would call later on about the problem. He told me he does that kind of thing right to my face as i was working on a compressor. He installed my parents unit as well and never topped the system off leaving it with half the amount of freon intentionally hoping my poor elderly parents would call for a service call and spend 100s of dollars to add freon. luckily i was there and have an epa license and went and spent 400$ to get a jug of R410A to top off there system so the house would cool properly i have seen him time and time again add problems to systems that were unnecessary just to make more money and leave people with problems with there units. I witnessed this all first hand. Please never trust this outfit. Sherif comes across as a very nice guy but in reality is the worst type of contractor trying to scam elderly and all types of age people out of money. Please take my advice"

"The service provided was above and beyond my expectation. I had a bathroom exhaust fan installed which required cutting holes in the drywall/ceiling and drilling holes through the concrete wall to vent the exhaust fan. He provided excellent and professional service and consultation. There were many instances where he could have charge me a lot more but he honestly informed me if it was required or could wait. I would DEFINITELY hire him again and HIGHLY recommend his services."
