He showed up every day, worked hard, communicated well when there were questions, allowed us to ask questions and worked with us when the bathroom vanity had to be returned and we had to choose another model. He accommodated a question about having more room under the bathroom sink and was in good spirits the entire time. We have plans to call Joe again based upon this experience. Perfect. He then looked at the spigot on the porch and dismantled it and tried to loosen it. He offered that as a no cost option to a much bigger job. He told me to let him know if I decided later to go with the bigger job. The total cost for the visit and repairs was very reasonable. Not only was Ron competent and personable, his pricing is quite livable. It really is a big deal for a homeowner to find a reliable, competent and reasonable plumber.)"

"The shower faucet was sticking and hard to turn. I wasn't sure if it needed replacing or fixing. I called around for estimates and Drain Genie gave me the best estimated price to fix. After talking to them, they determined that it was probably the cartridge and gave me a price. They were able to come out the next day. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and showed up within 15 minutes of that time. The two people were very friendly. They checked out the faucet and determined that the projected problem was the cartridge. They started right to work and had it replaced in @15 minutes. I appreciated their efficiency and politeness. They did a good job and made sure that they did the cleaning up after themselves that was needed. I would definitely go back to them if I have future plumbing needs."

"I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."
