"I hired the provider in April 2024 to complete flooring work and replace a shower. Since then, I’ve experienced two main issues — the grout on the shower bench is coming loose and the flooring wasn’t installed properly. On top of that, the provider caused damage to my property, including holes in the wall. The last time I heard from them was on March 14th, 2025, when they said they would come back to fix everything, but they never returned. I paid approximately $10,700 in cash and signed a contract for the work, which included a five-year warranty. At this point, I’m simply asking for them to come back and complete the job as promised."

He was very mindful of our budget and would provide suggestions on ways to cut cost without compromising what we wanted. Of course, every decision was still up to us. We find you the cheapest products that you want to use,then we give you a bottom line price which includes our price and the ampunt that the product will cost you, or we can break it down for you. We will also give you the price of each item if that is more comfortable for our clients. We want our clients to come back to us for all their needs,thats why we treat them like family. We also install products for the elderly like hand rails in the shower or for people who have speacial needs.
