"This is the first time I've had repair work done where the crew looked like they could be on one of those HGTV shows like Holmes on Homes. Here's why: <br> <ul> <li>Level of attention to detail. They spent a lot of time sanding and patching the concrete edges of the house/stoop/garage before they started pouring the driveway/walkway. They spent hours smoothing and shaping the concrete. <br></li> <li>Staff was friendly and extremely hard-working. Besides lunch, they seemed to never take a break.<br></li> <li>Accurate quoting. We made a change the day of the project which required a bit less concrete. Sure enough, we were charged for less concrete.</li> <li>Good equipment. They had a wide array of heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Probably 30 different specialized tools were used to make sure everything was perfect.</li> <li>They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything looking as it was before they started. They carefully kept the sod they had dug up around the edges and replaced it after they removed the wooden forms.</li> </ul>All in all, it went perfectly. This is the third time I've had concrete work done and these guys were the best yet. <br>"

"What they do is, if you have a basement or a garage (in our case, a garage wall) that's underground that looks like it's starting to cave in, they drill holes in the wall and put these big plates on the inside and then put in a big rod through. And they did hole on the outside, about five feet deep, and put plate out there and then tightens those up so that it pulls up the wall back into place. It anchors the wall. The quality of the work was very good and pricing was good. Friendliness of the guys and professionalism was good as well. The only difficulty we had was sometimes in terms of scheduling; we had a big blizzard on then day they were originally scheduled to do that and obviously we didn't expect them to do it that day, but they didn't call which might be okay because the mayor even told people not to go to work. That was on a Wednesday, but we didn't hear anything even on Thursday and Friday or even the following week. They called about three in the afternoon on Thursday the week after that and said they were going to do it the next day, which made it a little difficult in terms of making sure we had somebody here except for the fact that this was between Christmas and New Year's and that was the only reason we made it. It wasn't a major problem, but I would have just wanted them to be a little more proactive in terms of scheduling."

He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."
