He inspected the rook, took pictures of all damage that he found, and located the potential site of the leak. he also spent time in the attic and clearly identified that there was a problem and exactly where it was.

The best part was the written report, complete with many high resolution images, showing the problems that he found. This made it easy to understand what he found, and what it would take to fix.

The cause of the damage was a solar installation so I had the work done under warranty. Otherwise, I would have hired RoofRx to fix the issue.

He said he would come right over and install it when I got it in, that he needed to pay his guys for the work that has already been done.
