"We have hired Andrei five times over the past two years to make improvements to our rental condo in Provincetown. Every job was done punctually and completely to our satisfaction. The cracks in several walls caused by the 1870 building settling, those in the ceiling of our shower caused by a roof leak, and holes in drywall caused by renters pulling out several towel bars were repaired and repainted flawlessly to the point that you cannot tell where the cracks or holes were. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."
