"They seemed to prioritize other jobs before the already committed job they had with me. We had been on schedule for over 2 months. After we finally were going to get started they told me how much material they needed and the same day I went to purchase it. The material included concrete, a whole palette. They came to work for a couple of hours one day, they left not sure why. Then they came back and worked for another couple of hours and uncovered the concrete. They left without saying anythingâ ¦I didnâ t know if they were going to come back or what had happened. The concrete got wet and exposed to the sun and they blamed it on me, that I shouldâ ve covered. And that it would take another week before they could can back again. Really disappointed, I was super kind to them, even gave them a very expensive bottle of tequila I had from Mexico. It was just wrong the way they treated me. They just donâ t communicate and they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor."

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Overall, the project looks good. Where they missed the mark was in relationship to the cleanup. I asked them to come out and pick the remaining concrete and dirt left over from the project. Responded that it wouldn't be until the following week. If I would have waited that long, my grass where the concrete and dirt was left behind would have killed it. In addition, the crew left dirt piled up against my A/C unit where it had leaked into it. Overall, it took me only an hour and three large buckets of dirt and concrete to clean up, but it seems that this should have been part of their efforts. Spoke with Alex and was disappointed in his lack of response / urgency in getting the issue resolved."

I had a board on board fence and my neighbors have complimented on how great it looks! I love walking in my backyard and having the privacy as well as something so nice to look at. My dogs love it as well! They were also the best price by far from all the other companies I got quotes from. The fence was put up in great time.
