AI estimated my move would take between 7-8 hours, but this crew of superhumans knocked it out in 5.5 hours without breaking or scratching a thing. They wrapped many of our items to ensure everything was well protected and managed to fit our 4 bedroom (plus office) home in one load in a 26 foot truck! A long distance move is a daunting task; however, Greg, the owner, Omar, the manager, expediter extraordinaire, and Kane the lead of the moving crew, made this move trouble free. This was a three bedroom move across country to an apartment and much going to storage; so, the delivery in Portland was two-stage. In addition, they hauled a vehicle on a trailer. The loading crew arrived in the window stated and in under 4 hours had the truck loaded and the car on the trailer. The crew arrived in Portland also on the day scheduled. I wanted a company that loaded and hauled and without my goods sitting somewhere waiting for a load to be moved to Portland - such companies are hard to find with any kind of acceptable ratings. I had researched companies on Angie's list, the Better Business Bureau, the federal government website, Yelp, etc. This company had good reviews on all - they exceeded my expectations in every way. Not one item was lost or misplaced, and the valuable art sustained no damage. Omar is a great communicator, as is Greg. "Hello my name is Mitch. When a company does as good a job as this one they deserve a good report. I hired this company to move the contents of my motorcycle dealership. It took four tractor trailers in all. I'm not going to lie, I was reluctant in using a company like this but in the end, I couldn't have chosen a better company. They were very professional to deal with and their services were above par, I would say. Nothing in my transport was damaged. I definitely got my money's worth. They had stairs to go up and down at each residence and they didn't flinch. It was San Antonio HOT during the move and they made sure to keep themselves well hydrated. The crew is well organized and very efficient. They made sure to organize my possessions for the unpack to go smoothly. The unpack was painless for me. The crew unpacked and placed my things where I wanted them to go. All the boxes and packing materials were removed also.
