"Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "Greg did an excellent job with our flooring and went above and beyond our expectations! Others came in and wanted to laminate over the existing laminate flooring in our kitchen. However, Greg did it the right way and removed 3 layers of laminate and was able to save our existing oak trim in the process. He was also very efficient when it came to using materials.
