update- I am going to take the company up on their offer to fix the entire problem, as it is too much for me. . I will change my review if the correction goes well.

FINAL UPDATE- after trying to fix the mulch myself, I sent 2 messages via Angie's to this company, one with pictures showing how the mulch was installed, and asking to take them up on their offer to correct the problems. We never heard from them, so I had to hire someone else to correct the situation. I stand by my review, glad some people had good experiences but I definitely would not hire them, or purchase a deal for them, again."
