Most leaks where the roof sections joined. He sent his crew out. Mostly they were repaired. We had a verbal agreement that on the older roof area that if it leaked he would come back. It leaked, he said he would send someone out. He didn't. I texted him again and he did send someone out, but there was a language problem and he did not repair but the leak did not stop. I texted again and he said he would send out someone in a couple of days. Have not seen them and it has been weeks. I said I would pay since it is the older roof. Nobody. I have been responsible for using him on commercials locations where I work in the order of 10's of thousands of dollars. No problem there, but my hope for someone that would do big and small jobs, to me, is not realized. I will not be using Mr. Davis again."
