The office staff (Tania and others) answered all of my questions and explained how the insurance process would work. It took a little longer than they said but that was because of the insurance company. Once everything was approved they came in a day or so at 7:30am and finished by about 4. They stripped and reshuffled one roof (About 2000 sq ft) and fixed the damaged roof that could be repaired over garage. They cleaned up well when they were done."
