The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. They stole the $6,000 that I gave them. Wouldn’t come back and do what they said they would do. I basically paid to have 5 beams put in for $6,000 with a hand jack. I could have done this myself for $300. Beware of this company. They sound professional, but are not."
