"Outstanding work. Several of our fascia corners and vertical trim boards had rotted. P.G.G. cut out the corners and "toed-in" replacements. I bought the paint, they applied it and the joints are seamless. Replaced gutters without issue. Also replaced shutters on the front of the house but only after doing a test drill to verify they could install them properly into the brick mortar. Paul (owner and crew chief) was diligent. Showed up on time and the crew cleaned up after themselves nicely. Austin (sales rep and estimator) was a pleasure to work with."

"This company surpassed all my expectations. The crew that came out completed the project quickly and efficiently. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Upon completion I checked the entire house and every joint and seam is perfect. I walked the property figuring I would find a few stray pieces of siding or aluminum, but never found a speck. "I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

Their price was right in the same ballpark but they were very professional and explain everything to me what would be done in terms I could understand. I hired them for the work they did siding on my house and my garage and installed two new garage doors. I was beyond thrilled with the end result. I can usually find one or two things wrong when people come out to do work but I seriously could not find any issues and I'm just completely happy with their work and their professionalism"

"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."
