"Replaced pickets and painted for my deck."

"They did a great job redoing my stairs on my deck . Tony is a real carpenter in 30 min he cut new stringers for 7 steps. He added a step to make the stairs a 5.5” rise. Great job"

"Top notch service, great quality work, and craftsmanship. Will call them again for our next projects."

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Professional work. He called confirmed, arrived on time. The repair was awesome and reasonably priced"

"I needed someone to temporarily remove the planks of the front deck so the plumbers could access the drain pipes to repair. It was short notice and more complicated than expected. Ron provided outstanding service tailored to our needs. Heâ s going to be my to-go handyman from now on."

"Excellent job done replacing and repairing a rotting wooden porch support post and damaged wooden garage door. Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. The job was scheduled quickly and completed on time with no delays. The owner is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend True 45 Construction without any hesitation."

"Gave me an honest price and did a great job and my deck looks brand new."

"Very quick to respond to posting and came next day for estimate. This was a small repair job on fascia and flashing which they handled at time of estimate for a reasonable price, especially considering the minimum fees that bigger contractors charge -- if you can even get the bigger guys to come out. Contractor (Eric) seemed knowledgeable and was polite and professional. Would hire again."

"I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. If you have anything you need done in your home, make these guys your first call!"
