"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Marek came out and gave us a fair quote on replacing our side door and frame. We scheduled the work and he arrived on time with everything he needed to complete the job. He did a excellent job and he took the time to explain everything that was done. We have other projects and will definitely be calling him back. Very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend using him. Avery T."

"Tom and Andrew did a great job installing my patio door today. Highly efficient and completely thorough. I would absolutely recommend them for a future home improvement project when needed."

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"

"Ultimate Remodelers Inc. was a pleasure to work with! They came out quickly, offered a competitive quote and completed a high-quality job in a short time frame. I could not be happier and will continue to work with them again in the future! They installed a new window as part of my kitchen remodel and installed new siding to accommodate the new window size."

"Reliable, super high quality products and work, excellent communication and timing."

"Installation of over toilet cabinets, towel bars, towel rings, and toilet paper holders. Appointment was set up extremely quickly. Work was accomplished efficiently, and professionally. First class work."

"So far I have had them install a garbage disposal and a ceiling fan. Wanted to say they were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Has been a pleasure to work with them."

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."
