"We were so glad to have found Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. Throughout the repair of our tornado-damaged roof, Eugene proved to be extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and very fair. From start to finish he never faltered in helping us through the daunting and lengthy insurance company drudgery and we're glad to say our experience was exceptionally good with Eugene. He has a wonderful, conscientious and hard-working crew. Plenty of workers to facilitate the job at hand. Besides being a complete tear-off it was a complete replacement of all plywood sheathing/decking with gutter replacement and fascia repair job... a big roofing job for sure. Top-notch work with a top-notch attitude, which is hard to find today. Great job! I myself being a Realtor in the real estate business can't wait to refer Eugene's company Estate Exteriors to my clients. Thanks again Eugene for all your help. Rick and Liz"

"We needed a roof replacement and were looking for a company we could trust. Berg Roofing did a great job on our roof from start to finish They delivered exactly what was promised at the price quoted, with no high-pressure sales tactics. We also appreciated that they provided a list of local homes with the shingle colors we were considering, which made the decision much easier. Working with Nick made the process simple and stress-free. He was responsive, kept us informed about scheduling, and clearly explained our options and pricing. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they were done. Their workmanship was impressive. We?re extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend Berg Roofing to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality service."

"Sergio and his roofing team are the best in the business they started at 7:00 this morning left about 5:00 p.m. this evening they did a tear off of the house and the roof and the garage replace it with new shingles they did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the nails in the debris that was in the grass or in the driveway to make sure I don't get no flat Tire with those nails they did a fantastic job to clean up"

"Robert did every thing he promised to do. Communicated well through the process. Returned calls with answers to any questions I had. Very professional. I would recommend him for your next roof replace. Above all, if you have any questions or concern, prior or during the project and even after, Robert will get back to you quickly and answer any questions. Very Professional. He was on site at the start of the project, and reviewed all with the crew. Not like some companies the sales men promises the world and the installers do it their way. Robert went over the detail with the crew before they started. They did a great job."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Carrington came in and got the job done very quickly. Replacing the blown off shingles with matching shingles and checking others to ensure that everything on the roof was in good shape. Use these guys they know what they are doing. Very professional."

"Great! Jerry’s team did a complete tear off and roof replacement and provided a ten year parts and labor warranty per our quote requirements.(see our previous review from 2017). At that time we reserved our judgement awaiting the test of time. Since then we had a couple minor concerns. First some dripping from our new skylight over the winter of 2018/19. Owner Jerry was helpful, responsive and whenever we made contact. That dripping problem we learned was only condensation during the 24-30 below zero temps we suffered. Nothing was really wrong. More recently, we found some shingles had raised edges at the ridges after high winds and storms. In both cases R K came out and addressed the issues with complete friendly professionalism. That’s why we give them all As and heartily recommend them. We believe they were our best choice for a new roof or repairs."

"I, as well as my roof and soffits, were in a sorry state. For approximately 2 months I had been trying to get an idea of what the problems were that had led to my soffits rotting out and detaching from their underlying structures. I had gotten several opinions from several different (allegedly highly regarded) roofers, and their analyses all seemed either half-baked or entirely absent. Most times, the prospective team leaders failed to even climb up on the roof to inspect the roof for possible causes of the roof’s dysfunction. My spouse found Thomas at BUK Roofing thru Angie’s List and I called. Thomas was enthusiastic, straightforward, energetic, smart, and dependable. He went up on the roof and wrote up an analysis that made sense. He then proposed a solution that made sense. Perhaps most importantly, he returned calls and followed through with 100% compliance (as to what he had previously said he would do). It was a pleasure having his team do the job. I will hire Thomas and his team for any future roofing needs."
