"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. Then Anthony came out to do a furnace tune-up (using an Angie's List coupon). Then Tim and his crew came out to do the A/C install. All the experiences were professional and very well done. None of them tried to upsell me on useless things. They all gave good advice and explained things clearly. The A/C install uncovered a few surprises, naturally, like any older home. But they took care of it even if they had to spend extra time and perform extra services. They really went the extra mile without incurring new charges or inconvenience to the customer. I am very satisfied with their work quality, price, and customer service. Will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors."
