From the moment we walked in their store, the salesperson remembered us from last year.  He showed us carpet samples and advised us on choice of pad.  Heibat came out to measure and gave us the estimate promptly.  Their estimate was considerably lower in price than another company for the exact same product--Mohawk carpet, upgraded pad and baseboards.  The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and did a wonderful job.  We love our new carpet and baseboards.

"Went great. The company owner Joel is extremely easy to work with. And he promptly returns phone calls! Definitely a pet peeve with me in dealings with other contractors. His crew, Gabe and Joe were fantastic. I moved all of the little stuff and they took care of all of the large furniture. They were very careful and returned everything. Also worked very cleanly. No problems at all with communication they made sure to ask questions before proceeding if they weren't sure how I wanted something done. The last day was baseboard, they spent all day making sure it was right, looks so much better than the old stuff. Also, Gabe made a special trip for a tiny bit of corner round to finish off the bottom of one of the sliding windows just because it looked better. Loving the new floor and baseboards. The floor is the best installation job I've seen. I have just enough wood left to do the guest bathroom, they're coming back, yay! I also would like to have them redo the chair rail in the bedroom and dining room. The previous owners did a crummy job. I won't be needing new floors for several decades, but if I did, I would deal with Joel, Gabe and Joe again in a heartbeat. BTW: Gabe loves pizza. Joe will eat anything.

"Guys showed up on time, ready to go to work and did exactly what they were supposed to do.  I bought a home previously owned by a smoker, and we wanted to finish off the cleaning with a good cleaning of the ducts and replacement of the registers.  We had already removed the old registers, and they guys were more than willing to place the new registers on after they cleaned each room.  I would recommend them, and will use them again.
