"Ergeon was a pleasure to do business with. They came to access the falling down wooden fence, and we had a digital phone call a day later where I could see an aerial view of my yard. It measure the length of the fence being replaced, and confirmed my property boundaries. They were able to give me an accurate estimate. They contacted the city to flag where the utilities were buried. Today they showed up, tore down the old fence and constructed a new fence in less than a full day. I am impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their materials and workmanship of the fence. There was a deposit up front, which for my project was $150. I paid the full amount after the work was completed and passed my inspection. Their price was reasonable, and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend them."

"It?s a long story but the short of it is that it was made known the type of doors we wanted on our patio enclosure. It took 6 months to begin the project and we didn?t get what we ordered. We approved the drawing believing the drawings showed doors as requested but not being an architect we misread the drawings, thus having no power to force the issue. They did agree to put in French doors at cost. So we pay more money. This was an expensive glass patio enclosure which I am enjoying while I wait to see if they fix the leaking from raining. So they are not on my list for any other projects I might have "

I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! We wanted to extend our patio both in length and height so they broke it all down (concrete included) and built back up into something magnificent! We also asked to have a walkway added which they did with ease. They are very thorough and professional. Coming from someone who knows nothing about this kind of stuff, they made the process so smooth and easy. Francisco even helped set us up with an electrical company to get our fans and lights done on the patio! If you need any kind of rework done on your fence or patio, run to call them. "We hired Real Deal Curb Appeal to install a fence. The fence looks nice, but two issues remain unresolved: one end is unstable in light wind, and one gate sticks when opening and closing. I contacted the installer, Eric Johnson, twice. He initially responded and scheduled a repair, but no one showed and he stopped communicating until I followed up. He later explained the installer was unavailable and came out himself on November 19th, saying another post would be needed. Since that visit, we?ve had no further contact and no repairs. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Real Deal Curb Appeal at this time."
