"Three years ago (Sept 2021) I contracted with Pinckard Landscape for a major drainage project. While another contractor did a repair years before we bought the home, that effort didn't hold and we were getting significant water seepage into our indoor areas during heavy rains. Lon and his crew correctly identified the problem. We changed out the flexible black pipe which had collapsed with 6 inch diameter PVC drain pipe with and additional 6 inch French drain pipe under that pulling water from the gutters directly into the pipes and connecting them once they were clear of the house. (Yes 6" diameter rather than 4#. Good move!). They also added new plastic sealer affixed to the foundation and a ton of drainage rocks. The result was brilliant! We eliminated 95% of water issues with this job and the rest were fixed with some new grouting. I recommend this company to everybody for quality work. Good job, Pinckard."

They performed a power and lighting installation to a garage/workshop addition I had constructed for my pottery art. They were on time and completed the job on time. "Contacted Mike via phone and discussed what I was looking to do.  Knowing it was not a large job left him up to scheduled based on availability of his crew.  He called me a week later to apologize as had not had a chance to come look at it and we discussed budget to do it.  We mutually agreed to having his crew come out in the next two days as there was capacity.  His crew not only came out as promised but they also came back the following day to finish it up.  Though the scope of work was more than anticipated, he stayed within budget and masr some vast improvement.  This included all new mulch, 50 or so more plants, digging another dry river bed down two sides of the lot (so the fence wold not rot from the dirt against it and also cause the water runs had shifted from the neighbors and clean-up of the existing dry river bed.
The work completed made the back year look amazingly and went well beyond my expectations.  He took my beautiful back yard and transformed it into an oasis of lovliness.  My neighbors are even more jealous.

"The gentlemen who came to work on my electrical needs - Raul & Louis - were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to explain things to me, providing safety tips and general information. I was so pleased with the amount of work they got done in 8 hours (2 men giving 4 hours of labor each). They installed and tuned 5 ceiling fans, installed an exterior light fixture, and installed 5 interior light fixtures including a large, heavy dining room chandelier. The only glitch in their service was that I had the service scheduled once, and the company called having to reschedule due to issues. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a great value for the money!"

"A construction project had someone disrupted electrical service in a bedroom. I needed someone who could locate the broken line and repair it. Several power outlets and light fixtures were affected. The electrician came with the right tool for the job: A signal generator and tone detector, and the know-how to use them to sense where the broken wire is in the wall. After investigating, the broken wire was located, but due to its placement in the wall, it would be very difficult to reach it and repair or replace it. Fortunately this electrician is both experienced and creative. He noticed that part of the broken circuit passes right by an appliance circuit in my kitchen, used for the garbage disposal. By disconnecting the broken wire and just leaving it dead in the wall, he was able to resplice the unpowered segment onto the kitchen circuit instead. Now the outlets and lights are on a different circuit breaker, but the circuit is rated fine for the purpose, and it shouldn't cause me any future problems. Plus, he was able to perform the splice without even needing to break into any walls, saving me the cost of repairing them. All in all, I'm very impressed!"
