Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. "We hired Urban Oasis a few years ago to build an open pavilion and outdoor kitchen with a fireplace in our backyard. Carl was easy to work with, and ensured we were 100% happy with the results. It was an easy decision to hire him again when we were ready to enclose the kitchen. He recommended aluminum shutters, and we could not be happier with not only the way they turned out, but the service from Urban Oasis as a whole. Once again, Carl and his team were prompt, responsive, and did not leave the site until confirming we were 100% happy with the work. The project was completed in the exact time frame that we were quoted. The attention to detail in the build also exceeded our expectations. Even though the shutters were added years after our original build, they look as though they were a part of the original design.
