Eventually i was notified that the time would be moved out to sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. They eventually arrived at around 8:30 PM and determined that the equipment that they had could not be used in my pipes and even if it could they could not access my roof vent due to the fact it was dark. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."
