"5 Star was prompt, I didn't have to worry about them not showing up. My experience with this company was 1st the bathroom vanities were ordered the wrong size because he assumed they were a standard size instead of measuring, and I felt like he was trying to convince me to like them, however, new ones were ordered. I remember in the conversation about the vanities, that he said I was to blame also because he sent me pictures, still after the fact that they were already ordered. 2nd the clean up is not to my liking, I am not sure if drop cloths were used, but it didn't seem like it, there was a extra trash can that came from somewhere and I told him that it was not mine, and he asks am I sure. I know what is mine or not. 3rd, I had a puppy bowl that they took upon themselves to use to put what I guess drywall mud in. Why are you using my belongings? There was paint or drywall mud tracked on the garage floor, the owner claimed that it wasn't from them, however, he did clean it."

"It went very well. The salesman come out within a few days. He explained the project to me and we agreed on a price but he did not give me a written estimate. When I was ready to commit we met again. I believe the price he had on the contract was higher than what we had verbally agreed upon. We came to an agreement and I signed. My job was given to a smaller subsidiary due to it's size and I thought oh no. But I can't be happier. He came out on the day scheduled, he and his guys worked very hard and my patio looks beautiful. I would hire them again. My only suggestion is to get a written estimate."

"<p>The owner - Silvano, came up with the design and was hands on during the whole project.  He was more than willing to show us pictures of previous projects that he completed.  Also provided addresses of completed projects and encouraged us to verify the quality of his work.  In every case, we were blown away not only by the appearance of the project, but also the praise that each of the homeowners had for Trento Construction and especially for the owner Silvano Zanella.  </p> We were totally confident that he was the man to do the work for us.  It has been 2 years since the project was completed and it still looks brand new.  We love our new patio.  We have barbecued, had family get togethers - 19 people at one time on the patio and still had plenty of room for barbecueing.  The concrete work not only was a dramatic addition to our property but also helped enhance the neighborhood.  We would be honored to recommend Trento Construction especially the owner Silvano to anybody that wants to make an improvement to their property <br />"
