"I had the most amazing experience with Diamond Decks (I usually never write reviews by the way) but had to commend them on how happy I am with the project. I'm a single mom, and my kids love playing outside, therefore it only made sense to add more living space to my backyard. I got 3 different estimates, and thank goodness I ended up choosing Diamond Decks (although they were not the cheapest). Don & Kyle came out and designed an awesome stamped and stained concrete patio and cover. With all this rain we have received, I have never been so thankful in my life (remember, single mom with 2 young boys who like to play outside). We've been outside every single day since having this done and my only regret is waiting so long. Communication, attention to detail & craftsmanship were bar none. "The Dickinsons arrived on time and washed and cleaned the concrete floors thoroughly. The floors dried over night and they returned the next morning. We decided on the color and they proceeded with the staining of the floors. They looked beautiful! <br>the only downside that we were not prepared for was the smell of the sealer. They listened to my dream paint job and brought it to life, even with a rather complex paint plan unusual to Texas. What was once a brown on brown on brown house is now a gorgeous sea green with turquoise accents and framed by a cloud white trim, with the front door and back doors repainted in a deep ocean blue. My neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhoods are filled with neutral-painted homes and I have already seen neighbors slamming on their brakes as they drive past my house, or stop in my driveway as they are walking by my house, because it's the only one in the neighborhood painted like this. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Michael Cardenas and his amazing team. Not only were they on time and professional, they were affordable. I was quoted for as much as $8,000 by other companies, and I just plain couldn't afford that. Michael quoted me half of that.
