The patch pointing matches the original color of the joints exactly. The area where the men reset and mortared the joints at the front door is now so clean and safe. Lastly, the men showed up when they said they would. They took their time in making sure every area was clean and tidied up at the end of each work day. "I had three different chimney companies come out for estimates, including Bricks. Bricks was the only one that bothered to actually thoroughly inspect my two fireplaces and wide chimney, discovering that one of my dampers was broken and more. The whole chimney needed to be stuccoed because the veneer stone on it was falling apart, and previous owners had covered a lot of it (foolishly) in roof tar. Bricks was the only company that thoroughly explained everything wrong, without using scare tactics. They were nice and patient, and I’m confident if anything goes wrong with the repair, they’d come out to fix it. It was a pricey job, but doing things right is often pricey. Worth it, though."

"Ron did a great job on my fireplace. He removed all my old brick facade work and replaced it with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. He installed a new mantel as well as building it to suit my specific needs (I wanted a tv over the mantel). He went above and beyond by installing the mounting bracket for the tv and placing conduits behind the stonework for my tv cables. The only negative is that I had to wait several months before he could get to the work, but well with the wait!"
