"Let me start with Donnie and his employees (when they show up) do a very good job. The work is high quality. The bidding process is not standard. The prices fluctuate as things become noticeable throughout the job, which is understandable. Donnie could improve upon this by investing in a bidding software such as Stackct or Capterra. Our project did run a bit longer than normal due to unforseen circumstances, weather, and due to lack of help on the job. Overall we are very pleased with the work performed. I am giving Donnie an A on my review because I want him to do well with his business, but I hope he will improve on his punctuality and work on a better bidding process that clearly indicates what you are paying for up front.
