"It went incredibly well.  I called to schedule an estimate, and he (Gary) came out the same day to give me the estimate.  I had gotten a couple of other estimates, but his was the lowest.  After I called him to tell him that I would be using his company, we scheduled a time within that week that he would be out.  He called later and said that he could come out to do the job the next business day.  He came out the day he said, did the work, cleaned up afterwards, called to schedule a time to meet shortly thereafter so that he could check the work and make sure that I was happy with it.  He was also the one to tell me that there was a coupon for Angie's List members, so he gave me that discount on his original quote (and he stayed within his original quote).  He didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need, and was really nice and friendly.  They seem to really take pride in doing a good job, and I couldn't be happier.  If I ever have a need for his services again, I will definitely give him a call."
