I would have been hard-pressed to believe the hype about how much air loss is occurring unless I experienced it for myself. The numbers on their testing equipment were impressive enough BUT when the funace kicked on there was so much air flowing that papers across the room began to flutter!! Imagine what money we will save in heating and cooling now that the leaks have been sealed and the entire house is benefitting from a nearly totally sealed system of air flow!! I expect we will recoup our cost in very short order. And I have already handed out their cards to friends and neighbors!"

For instance if a service requires that they don't want me to use any harsh chemical cleaners in their home (for instance bleach) I can obtain plant based alternative cleaners for that specific job. He explained up front what he thought should be done and how much everything would cost. It was evident that Tim was very knowledgeable in this area, which I found out that he is actually an instructor that helps to get people certified in this industry. The price Tim charged was very fair and he is worth every penny. I paid Tim less than the large company charged me and he spent twice as long cleaning the dryer and dryer vent. There is no need to look for any other companies, if you find a lower price I guarantee they are not going to do a good job. "They put on a vacuum gauge on and they run it through to make sure the vent is clean. They do that for free. If they have to clean it then they charge you. They are very reliable and it's no problem."
