They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! "Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again
