"The job went pretty good. The only glitch is the guys that installed were not updated, or aware of a boundary line adjustment discussed between the primary company liaison and myself. Hence, when they installed they did so according to original paperwork. :( However, after I contacted the company about the matter, and spoke with my liason, even though an entire fence side needed to be adjusted _ they were willing to do so. The overall workmanship and services otherwise were good, so a tip was given in lite of the day they had to come out and adjust the fence. It was worth it all."

He and I originally agreed that his crew would do the work on August 18.  When nobody showed up, I phoned Mr. Hernandez, who told me he had moved me to August 19, saying he had left me a message to that effect earlier. I could find no such message in my e-mail or on my answering machine.
