"Got 5 estimates to replace A/C and air handler. I stuck a basic system heat pump. Two estimates over 10,000 , one at 9,000 and one at6,500 and Enoch at 4,800. I checked Enoch out and understand they install a large number of units annually. As far as value much better and way better than the estimates I got from the two big box stores for the exact same system. Highly recommend."

"John is a life saver. I looked everywhere for someone who would do a warranty repair on my 20KW Kohler standby generator. I tried almost every company listed on Kohler's website. Most didn’t service residential units and/or didn’t work on larger units at all. I got the sense that some didn’t want to service units they hadn't installed. I booked a larger repair service on the north side of Houston and called them after three weeks to get an update, but they told me they would no longer be able to come to my area and service my unit. I finally found Mr. Sparky of Clear Lake. John came out quickly and serviced my unit. It took quite a bit of back and forth with Kohler to get the parts, (Kohler issues) but he was able to get us up and running."

"Ronnie, Pam, Cindy and crew were wonderful to work with.  There are several steps to the process, given potential permits needed and coordination of service dates with Center Point Energy.  They kept me informed and walked me through the process at each step. 
I got bids from three companies.  Storm Guardian's bid was the lowest and included the most features.  It included Mobile Link, which the other two did not even mention.  Being able to remotely monitor the generator and receive alerts on my IPhone and on-line when the generator turns on/off is great.  Almost as important to me, they came through on their promise of near turn key.  The other bids had me doing a lot of the leg work with Center Point.  With Storm Guardian, I only had to make two phone calls and be home half a day to authorize Center Point's replacement of the gas meter.

"I initially needed repair of master bedroom breaker that keeps tripping when I turn on lights, tv, etc. The appointment schedulers have a cheery, pleasant attitude. They worked around my availability to schedule the appointment. I loved the Technician, Bert Izquierdo, who performed the work. He wore a mask and remained at a distance, per protocol, the entire time. During the thorough inspection, he physically walked us through any problems found. He explained, in detail, each issue, how it could've happened, and resolution. Burt was extremely honest not just with the issues found but with the price as well. He gave us a series of options with pricing in writing. Mr. Electric didn't charge a trip/travel fee nor an Estimate fee, and they make it clear that there's no obligation. Burt was almost finished with the work when I identified another electrical problem. Burt graciously repaired the small problem, and then triple-checked his prior work to ensure it was done correctly. Bert is was a terrific 'teacher'; never using electrician jargon to explain everything. Mr. Electric, you have a top-notch Technician! Because of Berts' professionalism, we decided to become a member. We are definitely using you again, however, we will be specifically asking for Technician, Bert Izquierdo. (Once we find an outstanding, 5-star electrician, we tend to keep them)!!!"
