They came the next day and firmed up the estimate ( it actually was a little less), they explained what they would do, came prepared with several books with pictures of their work and were helpful in picking out the design that I wanted, had it ready the following week and installed it. They were professional, prompt, neat and did exactly what they said they would. This was a small job yet they took as much time as if it were a bigger job.
