"They repaired a 60 plus year old concrete garage floor and made it made beautiful. The cracks and spalls were repaired and a beautiful coating was installed. I hated to put anything back on the floor it looked so good."

"Great. Stephen arrived on time and did a great job according to schedule and agreement. A wire to the front lamp was broken in the process (inevitable - it went under the existing sidewalk) so Stephen installed a plastic pipe before laying down the new sidewalk so new line wouldn't be embedded like the prior line. Finished product looks great. I got 3 quotes. Stephen's was several thousand less than others. He also provided proof of liability and workman's comp - which is important if you're having folks use heavy equipment on your property and/or have employees. Stephen is one of the most easy-going and hard-working guys I've met. Even with a significant equipment malfunction he completed the job on time and kept his good mood throughout. This work was done on our primary residence and I'll contact Stephen for work on my rehab and rental properties as well."

"I have used them since 1979. I have a shared driveway with my neighbor with aprons in the back and we split the bill. I think we paid about $300 each. I recommend them all the time and say I have used them for years. They are reliable, give me a price and it never changes. They do great work. They are meticulous, clean and they don't get off the asphalt on the brick sidewalls. I could not say enough about them. I did some shopping last year and they were a hair more than one other company, but I went with them because of their reputation and my history with them. I gave them a choice of three days when they could do the work because we had to adjust the parking. They showed up the day they said on time. They said they would be here at 8'oclock and they were here at 8 'oclock"

"Allen Concrete Construction provided an estimate that we agreed to. The work was scheduled several months out due to the contractors work load. Allen Concrete started the work very close to the schedule date. The delay was due to weather. The driveway tear out occurred in one day followed by the concrete pour and finish the next day. The cure time was 5 days and we were using the driveway again. Allen Concrete did a complete job including barricading, soil replacement, and a thorough cleanup. We opted for the rebar to strengthen the driveway. Overall, a good price based on other bids for the work and excellent work."

"Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !"

"I called Woody to discuss setting up an appointment to get concrete steps fixed and for his opinion to see if my driveway needed to be repaved as well.  He answered on the first call, which was great!  But when I told him what I wanted, he says that they are really busy.  He asked me if I needed it right away and I said I didn't, but am shopping for quotes.  He said with the weather and the rain, he is too busy with other jobs.  This was fine with me because I could cross him off my list and look at other companies.  I'm sure another company will be happy to take my money. <br />"

"I Called to have two properties looked at: 1) is a foundation crack( 1/16th or less) and a pool deck section that cracked and needed lifting. 2) is a foundation crack( 3/8th and less) and a front door walkway section that needed lifted. They called within two days to schedule appointments for quoting/estimating. Schedule both properties, salesperson came out to one property and the owner to the other. Both were professional and respectful. I asked several detailed questions and both had no issues answering and resolving any concerns I had. We worked out a scheduled for both properties for the same week. In short, both properties went without any issues or problems. They called the night before to confirm appointments, they showed up on time, they were respectful, did a great job at both properties, and reasonable prices. I would easily recommend them to anyone. FAQs for concrete driveways & floors installation projects in Dillsboro, IN

Polished concrete floors offer many benefits with very few drawbacks. While issues like discoloration, stains, or imprints may occur during pouring, these are rare when working with a skilled flooring contractor. Once polished, concrete floors are easy to maintain, long-lasting, and eco-friendly. They also resist mold and moisture, making them ideal for allergy-prone households, and offer versatile design options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Polished concrete flooring is often more affordable than tile. It involves lower material costs and less labor-intensive installation. Tile installations require additional leveling and preparation, which increases labor costs. Opting for concrete flooring helps reduce upfront expenses and provides a durable, stylish finish that saves money over time with minimal maintenance.

While epoxy flooring offers enhanced durability and toughness compared to polished concrete, it comes with higher material and labor costs. If budget is a top priority, polished concrete floors provide a resilient and attractive finish without the premium price tag, making them an ideal choice for value and long-term performance.

Polished concrete floors last 20 years or more when installed by licensed professionals and maintained with proper care. Their enduring finish withstands heavy use and remains visually impressive for decades. Regular deep cleaning and maintenance help safeguard the floor’s integrity, providing homeowners with a long-lasting, cost‐effective solution that endures daily wear without compromising style.

Polished concrete floors increase home value by offering a modern, sleek appearance and exceptional durability. A professionally installed floor not only enhances visual appeal but also minimizes maintenance expenses, making the property more attractive to prospective buyers. This flooring upgrade delivers a refined look while boosting overall market competitiveness and long-term property value.
