"The install crew left staples, roofing nails, and razor blades in my driveway after they left which I had to clean up. The bin or dumpster placed in my driveway had the asphalt scrapped due to one roller not turning freely when picked up after the roof installed. I was hardly able to communicate with the install crew because they barely spoke English. I noticed my leaf filter screen was damaged in two places after they were there. They sent the crew back and I showed them the damage. The crew chief said he would tell his boss but no one ever got back to me. Also, I called the salesman and he never made an effort to get the damage resolved. I also told them to look at the skylights in my sunroom. The crew chief said he caulked around the skylights but when it rained last they were still leaking. I have two pans on the floor in the sunroom to catch any water that drips down."
