Williams in Brookland arrived on time and provided a cordial introduction.  They explained the process and began work immediately.  Subsequently, after the process was finished, we received instructions on watering the lawn to ensure growth.  We assumed the lawn would have a look of wide holes but it did not.  Everything looked very neat, unlike what we thought.

"Dan is a very laid back man, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about more than trees and plants, very clear in his explanations.  In short, he was not a "high pressure used car salesman."
He came today to inspect a tree just on my neighbor's side of the property line to evaluate the possibility of the tree falling. That was what I asked him to come out to do, and then I asked if he could walk around with me and look at trees on my property that I'm worried for.  He identified the trees that need work, and told me that not all of them did. He also described why, in detail, for all of them. I asked him to look at other trees, and most of them were fine, but a few did need some help because they'll split if not stabilized, or that need trimming to maintain them. He identified trees around the yard for me. He answered all questions in ways that I could understand. He gave me information that will help me have a beautiful yard that includes my love of native plants and trees.
I know this is a book, but the time he spent here has proved extremely beneficial to my knowledge of the plants and trees around my yard. I will be adding to this after he comes to do the work he gave me estimates for.
