Now we don't have to worry about curling up in the cold. No big mess, just saved me expensive repairs."

"On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. My claim representative was going to stop by on Friday to take a look and because another day of heavy rain was coming soon, I knew I needed someone to help with a Tarp and plans to repair the roof, so I placed a message on HomeAdvisor.com and Angieâ s list. I contacted around 4 roofers in the area. I knew that I could Tarp the roof myself, but I thought that taking the risk was just not worth it. I felt it was wiser to lean on someone with experience in that area, to be safe. On Friday morning, Zack from Skyline Construction Group called me. He said, he could stop by and help by first placing a tarp on my roof at no cost to me. I explained to him that a Claim Rep, would arrive around 12:00 and he said, He would also provide any support he could during the review of the damage, by arriving while the claim rep. was here. He said, having a contractor during that time can really help. No one else contacted me that morning, but Zack, so I agreed he should come. He also felt confidant that based on my description of the damage, that insurance would likely help on the roof costs. It was clear to me during our talk over the phone, that he had plenty of experience and to me at this time, I needed exactly just that. Zack arrived at 11:30 and reviewed my roof. He was very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Zack represented the company very well and I appreciate all their help in this process!"

"Edgar and his team are master stucco craftsmen and painters! They completely re-stuccoed and repainted the exterior of my home and it looks incredible. Everything they did was done with the highest degree of professionalism, care, speed and quality of materials. The exterior of my home was in complete disrepair with the stucco and paint peeling off everywhere and now it looks like new. I cannot recommend them more for an amazing transformation of your home. "The services provided were acceptable and they were very efficient. Very friendly and good to work with. We had 5 spaces painted. Overall cost was on par with other quotes we received, but we chose them based on timing. While we were not under a deadline, we did want to get things completed ASAP and they were able to deliver. They even took care of a smaller side project for me as part of the scope and that was greatly appreciated. I do, however, have to comment on some of the quality issues. Some of these I pointed out at the time, but were not fully addressed upon completion. Generally, there was a sloppiness: some missed or light paint spots need touch-up; edges were not as straight as expected; bleed-through under taped areas; light switches painted; outlets painted over; and paint spots on wood floor. I am pretty forgiving of many items, but I have to remark on these because they are items that I avoid when I do the painting myself. UPDATE: We discovered more paint marks on the floors. This is really sloppy and we will likely need to have floors refinished."

"I hired MV Masonry to repair a block retaining wall. After speaking to Mike he advised me to build a new one. I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. Mike was incredibly responsive and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He doesn’t just try to quickly smack on a finish coat and call it a day like most of these other contractors and call it a day. I highly recommend him. You don’t find people like him anymore!!"
