"Let me start by saying, from beginning to end, all the employees at Jack C Wilson are very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Chris Voss wrote our estimate and answered all our questions. He gave us several options on materials and an extended warranty. He was very easy to work with and helped us on some special requests and changes we needed to make. He gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any additional questions or concerns. The crew was onsite at 7 AM and immediately began site preparation which included covering our plants and shrubs and shielding our heat pump and pool equipment. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new went exactly as expected with no surprises. They were careful and didn’t damage any of our landscape. Before they left that evening, the new roof had been completed. The crew worked very hard and stayed focused. They picked up all the trash and nails leaving little to be done the following day. The crew came back bright and early the next day to complete all clean up and remove all leftover materials. The chimney chase received new Hardee board siding, chimney cap and paint to match our trim. The carpenter’s work on the chimney chase was first rate and much better than the original. We were very pleased with the entire process. The work was exceptional down to the smallest detail. The entire process was conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. "We chose this company due to a favorable deal they were offering for gutter cleaning, which is the main reason for our search. Reviews were excellent as well, so we gave them a shot. After inquiring about their other services and cost, we decided to also have the house pressure washed as well. These guys went above and beyond. Without question they will be our go-to for our future cleaning needs. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. We have a long driveway and our "lanai" is a pool with paver patio. After receiving their quote through Angie's messenger, I asked if they needed to come out to give a formal quote since I was concerned both may be more than anticipated which may cause an increase in charge. But Kenny assured me the quote was firm and he had my house specs already, likely through online resources. Not only did he clean the whole lanai/patio, but also pressure washed the pool screen/cage which had about 2 years of built up "yellow" from accumulated pollen. We were not expecting that! I had already started to clean the screen panels myself a couple of weeks earlier. But my methods were not as efficient as I only got through 2 panels. These guys did it all in a matter of hours. They even cleaned the neighborhood sidewalk that runs through our lot! And the cherry on top? My wife was sold on these guys when she noticed Kenny in the pool area, stop what he was doing to catch any frog or lizard he found. He rinsed them off (to rid them of any cleaning agent used) and placed them outside the pool cage to a safe area. Like I said...above and beyond in all aspects. Kenny was extremely nice, they do fantastic work and at a reasonable price. These guys will be getting a call from us annually without a doubt. Thank you!"
