"Initial inspection uncovered multiple locations of infestation in exposed ceiling beams and ground termites under the house. Non fumigation requires various types of treatments used for different locations including drilling into the beams and into the cement surrounding the house to treat the ground. Scheduled the work to be done a week later with them arriving afternoon. I was assured that they could continue work after dark however I think it would have been much better if they had started earlier. They found more termites and damage under the house than the original inspection discovered and spent more time there than expected. They were using flashlights to finish up outside the house and it remains to be seen if they actually got everything. Good news is a two year guarantee, bad news is if they missed something and I still have termites munching away that would have been a stopped by fumigating instead. But no prep or time out of the house was required for treatment so I was happy with the process overall."
