"Completed in one day, including the training, and it's not some ugly intrusive thing . There were 2 young men who were very friendly and efficient who installed the fence. Not only did they install the electric fence but they also trained my critters as well. The results are better than I expected, so I am very happy to recommend them. "I chose AR Iron based on the positive reviews on Angi. I called and they scheduled an appointment to measure the side yard and give me an estimate. I wanted a basic gate with mesh backing. He indicated that I would need a panel along with the gate and then provided me with an estimate for $1,080, half of which was payable when I ordered the gate. The balance was due at installation. I decided to order the gate and was told to allow about a month for the gate to be ready. About 3 weeks later, the company called to say that they would be out the following Monday to install the gate. The installers did a beautiful job and in less than an hour, I had my new gate. The gate and panel fit the space perfectly, and the installers cleaned up afterward, so it looks very nice. Very pleased with AR Iron's service."

"Silver City Restoration was recommended by my home owners insurance so they were my first and only choice for restoring the damage from (1) a leaking water heater which damaged baseboards and drywall and (2) an under-slab water pipe leak that necessitated the removal of my bathroom vanity to reach the problem. <br /> In both cases, the estimator was prompt and efficient and explained the work to be done.  In the first instance, the estimator didn't file the information with the insurance company promptly but when prodded quickly did so.  <br /> Work on the first damage went very smoothly; the crews were on time, very polite and always cleaned up after themselves.  <br /> For the re-installation of the my vanity, there were some problems with the drywall repair (caused by a prior, incorrectly done renovation.  The supervisor came quickly in response to my call and had a team out that same day to re-repair the wall. <br /> The most trying part of the experience was the actual creation of a new interior for the vanity and the re-installation of the existing granite countertop. My first complaint was that the cabinet guy didn't even come to do any measurements until after everything else was done.  That meant that I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the installation.  Secondly, when the granite was installed, there was a considerable gap between the back splash and the countertop; the first team sent to correct the problem just stuffed it with clean silicon caulk, leaving an ugly look.  Again the supervisor responded promptly to my complaint but it took several more days until yet another team came to remove the silicon and install the right type of caulk. <br /> Overall, working with Silver City was a very good experience and I would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Service provider was on time, was professional and courteous.  They informed us the inspection would take 2 hours and we didn't have to come until the last 15 minutes, but my husband wanted to be there for the whole thing and see the inspection.  The inspector was very tolerant of my husband following him around for the inspection, questioning every single thing the inspector looked at, and answered all of his questions.  He was very thorough, there was no part of the house or property he did not inspect.  If there was something he could not inspect for one reason or another he made note of it and we were aware of it.  He provided the report via e-mail before the day was over.  The one and only thing I would have liked and did not receive was a printed color copy of the report.  I understand I was sent an electronic copy immediately and that was helpful, but I would have appreciated a printed color copy mailed to me a few days after the fact.  He took a million pictures, and I do not have a color printer, and much is lost in those pictures when they are printed black and white.  I understand I can go to an office supply and have a color copy printed, but it would be nice if they included one as part of the service.  But, if I buy any houses in the future I will use NPI again, I was very happy with their service and their price.  Thank you so much. <br />"

"<p>The quality and installation was very good with no debris or dust afterwards to clean up. Expect to do a little painting to protect the caulk on both the outside and inside. These window have rollers so they open and close easily especially compared to the windows install a few years ago from a discount home supply store. This installation was different in that the windows were shimmed and leveled then anchored. There was room left between the window and the house blocks to allow for expansion. Compressible filler was added in the spaces between the window frame and the house to prevent leakage in to out of the house.</p> <p>I would not buy into all the sales spiel especially the temperature of the glass on the inside when the radiant sun is pounding on the glass. The heating effect of the sun's rays on both the interior and exterior glass just can not be stopped. Obviously and the proof of reduced AC electric and heating bill proves that multi-pane and gas filled windows reduce heat transmission through the window.</p> <p>Be aware of local codes on window size and style for emergency egress. This may impact your choices and vendor supply. Before signing on the dotted line consider talking to the plant manager, in this case Robert Fulton to verify code criteria or talk with the city permitting department.</p> <br />"
