"They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"Mr. Danny came in and evaluated the damage on our roof. He was very clear and professional in explaining the steps and how the whole process worked. We agreed and he then came in a day later w moth his team of very professional and nice guys. They worked full days and finished the job within the time that was suggested, they also cleaned up (which was a worry of ours) after the completed their work. Our house looks great! "Radium Springs Construction representative Martin Varela was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not ever having to have a roof replacement, I was at a loss where to start. My brother suggested HomeAdvisor, and Martin Varela contacted me immediately. He came from Las Cruces to Alamogordo, the very next day and provided me with the first of a few quotes I obtained, in order to learn about the process and see the differences between the contractors. His quote was very impressive and identified items that the others did not. He also provided me with options for the shingles and it provided for a 10 year warranty on workmanship which is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners, when the others did not. With the option I chose, the quote was actually higher than the rest, but I was confident Radium Springs Construction would provide the best service, and I believe they have done just that. I highly recommend the company, and have even asked for another quote for painting the exterior of the home from them."
