Mr. Allen didn't keep me in the dark about what was going on - he was constantly keeping me informed of what they were going to be doing and that was a very nice touch. "Everyone was super friendly, but really lacking any follow through. Apparently the first guy who was supposed to come out had a family emergency and I slipped through the cracks a little bit, and didn't hear from them until 45 minutes after they were supposed to have shown up at my house. No big deal--things happen. We agreed that someone else would come out that afternoon when I got home from work, and that someone would be in touch around the time I said I would be home to confirm that I was back. I skipped some things I had to do that afternoon to go straight home--no one called, no one came. The next morning I got a call apologizing, and we scheduled a time for that afternoon. Someone came and walked me through everything I needed. At this point they were the 3rd business I had come out, and I was most impressed with GreenSeasons, in spite of the fact that they already had 2 no-shows. I was supposed to get an email with the estimate, but assuming that it was comparable with the others, I was most likely going to hire them. It's been almost a week and I haven't received anything. Ultimately I've hired another company not because I don't believe that they would do excellent work (I feel confident that they would!), but because they're lacking on follow-through and I don't want to worry about making sure the job gets done! Hopefully I just slipped through the cracks and am the exception, not the rule!"
